Global Thunda Network (GTN) Material Release Form.
To proceed, please read the GTN Material Release Form Preamble, Terms and Conditions below.

By completing this Material Release Form, You/Your Band hereby grant Global Thunda Network a royalty-free, non-exclusive license and permission to use You/Your Band's, production, name, likeness and performance (or excerpts there from) for the purpose of producing Radio programs for promotion of my/our works. You/Your Band hereby waive the right to any and all payment or compensation for airplay of Your/Your Band's production on Global Thunda Network internet broadcast facility and/or on the Global Thunda Network website or MySpace promotional sites, and grant the right to make unlimited use of Your/Your Band's music, image and/or voice in all Global Thunda Network Radio promotions (not for commercial use, eg merchandising, publications for sale), understanding that You/Your Band may 'Opt Out' of such rights at anytime by supplying "GTN" with a 30 Day written notice.

  • You/Your Band agree to indemnify and grant immunity to Global Thunda Network from any liability arising from such use of my/our production.
  • You/Your Band have obtained all the necessary permissions to submit Your/Your Band's production/works and that production/works does not infringe upon the rights, including copyrights of any party.
  • You, the person whose name appears on the following page certify that you are over eighteen years of ageand authorized to submit this document. (Legal Guardians may submit on behalf of musicians under 18 years).

(Basically, you're telling us that you're cool with us playing your music, using your likeness and promoting you in a positive light, for free and with no backlash.)

1. MP3s must be IDtagged with Artist Name (State), Song Title, Album Name (if applicable) and Genre
ie: Frank Rocker (WA) - Rock This Way - Phatt Times - Hard Rock.mp3.

2. MP3's must be 128kbps/44.1

3. Multiple tracks (up to 3) must be zipped (one file) using WinZip, WinRar or other zip file program and 'named' before uploading.
(ie: The Lighthouse (NSW) - 3 tracks - Esoterica - New Age.zip)

IMPORTANT: ID TAGS & SAMPLES RATES
When sending MP3's, please ensure all ID tags are included prior to upload.
NO MP3 ID TAGS means NO GUARANTEE that your tracks will make the playlists and promotions.
Also Important: All tracks must be sampled at 44.1 kHz - 128 kbps - Stereo bit rate.

  Once you have completed and sent your MRF, make sure you're logged in to access the "Member MP3 Uploads" tool in your Members Area, and send us a a song or three (max).
