"Nana Mex" championed (and challenged) pretty much everything... and everyone!  We all quietly hope to see our fearless founder return to the great inner walls of Thundaland for a visit and some much needed attitude adjustment, some day - but for now... here's some of the back beat...

From mid 2008 onward, we have brought your attention to several relatively new (at the time) independent platforms (national and international), of which some of you cringed at or turned your noses up at the "suggestion" of.  Some of you actually gave them a shot and have had some pretty cool experiences and outcomes for doing so - good on YOU for getting onto the stepping stones, Jones!

Since that time, more of you have found the majority of these platforms have developed and continue to grow - some of which include; GBOB, Scorcherfest, GigLaunch, Metal Obsession, MyStage Music, Guitar Heroes, Guitar Gods, Rock House Mag, NSW Classies, West Coast Music Shack, The Rockpit, Destiny Bridge, IMGlobal, House Concerts Australia to name but a few!

We've arranged international airplay and radio interviews for many of you through our associates in Canada, US, UK, Italy, Germany and many other countries, and have connected more than a few musicians who have gone on to collaborate, perform shows across the country together and generally support each other and the Thunda way of life, on the way around.

We've downloaded, edited, uploaded, playlisted and played the "AIR" out of your tracks  - even when our eyes were bleeding, fingers and minds were numb and butts were sore, or 'worse' - until the coffee ran out!
On less than a shoe string budget, we've managed to build three radio portals and websites for your music to be heard across the globe by hundreds of thousands of people in over 80 countries, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week since January 2009.

We've supported several awesome charities - one of which, Strike a Chord for Cancer, was mentioned on the artwork for Nana Mex's Thunda Hits Volume 1. - a CD that went out nationally and world wide.  We also spread the names of our sponsors along with that CD - Over 500 hard copies were distributed as well as approximately 300 digital packs to community radio stations - all at no cost to the artist.
We have given away great prizes, thanks to our past sponsors, through online promotions to enourage people to tune into the stations and catch on to your wave... and we're still riding that wave with those of you who have stayed on board!

Yes we did all of that - don't you forget it! ;)... (< see the dribble?)... oh, WAIT... we're still doing that!!
